Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience. Counselling can help you make sense of everything you are experiencing.
Pain, whether emotional or physical has an effect on mental health. Psychological therapy can help you to manage the condition causing the pain more effectively and help with the feelings it can cause such as anger, hopelessness, sadness and anxiety.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger long after the traumatic event. I can help you overcome these symptoms.
Suicidal thoughts:
This is something that people may experience but not know how to share with the people around them. If this is something that you are dealing with or someone you know has died by suicide then please come and speak to me.
There are so many reasons why you might need a safe space to talk and to be listened to that your reason might not be mentioned above, sadly there is not enough room to write it all but I do believe every reason is important.
During these challenging times, COVID-19 has changed the way all of us go about our daily life’s. For many, this makes accessing help and support very difficult. Online sessions are held from the safety of your own home. If you do not feel that online sessions are from you I am able to provide a space that enables social distancing.
